It’s back to school time. Who couldn’t use a little extra dough? I have a 12 year old with VERY expensive taste!

I desperately want On Cooking by Harold McGee, but thus far, I’ve just been staring at it longingly. I want other books as well, of course, but this is one I’ve been eyeing. Unfortunately, my most recent amazon purchase was a replacement laptop charger, as the previous one had died.
