If you like customizable items, CafePress is amazing. The options are pretty much endless. From iphone covers and stickers to wall art and stationary, even baby onesies, sweatshirts, and tee shirts; they really will customize just about anything. They have a huge selection of already designed products, some of which you’d have a lot of trouble finding anywhere else. I really love that the content is largely driven by what people want and not what some fashion buyer decided the trends should be.
It was difficult for me to decide what to get with my giftcard. Here are some items that really stood out to me.
2. Canvas Art
I liked this gluten free kids shirt. I thought it would be helpful if you were sending your younger gluten-free child to camp or something like that. But you could do this with any allergy. This is where CafePress really seems to shine as a company: customizable clothing. You can design your own tee shirt, long sleeve, tank, or canvas bag. They even have maternity. They make it easy to customize something like a first birthday tee or a uniform shirt for your sports league. Their strength is in their selection of customizable items, but they also have plenty of already designed products as well.
There were so many options to choose from, but I finally landed on two nerd shirts.
And one for my boys:
Unfortunately the children’s robot shirt started showing wear after the first wash. The wear had an even, but not unappealing look, simply giving it a “worn” look.
Overall, I was very happy with the selection of CafePress products. I love the company design, where customers decide the content of their apparel. I think it is a great resource for say- making a family reunion tee shirt, customizing some canvas art with an inspirational quote, or just when you want to make something really unique.
