I love blueberries. They’re so healthy for us and there’s a million ways to bake with them! Here’s a few delicious looking Pinterest recipes that involve baking with blueberries.

 

Blueberry muffins… yum! When I think of blueberries, I think “muffin” after it. They just go together. I think blueberry muffins are quite possibly the best muffin there is.

 

 

 

Blueberry Pancakes…these are “Blueberry Pie Pancakes” – can you say YUM!?

 

 

 

Blueberry Cupcakes, or in this case Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes. They look divine!

 

 

 

Blueberry Cheesecake Bars – seriously, these look so delicious, I want to lick the computer screen. (Oops did I just admit that?) Well anyways, this is definitely next on my list of baking with blueberries!

 

 

 

Blueberry Buckle…I’ve never made a buckle before, but I might just have to!

 

 

 

Blueberry pound cake – of course you can make a pound cake with blueberries! Why not? Yum!

 

 

 

Blueberry Oat Bars – I think my kids would love these! Another addition to my baking list!

    Now I want to make some blueberry pancakes. I have a ton of fresh blueberries in my freezer we picked at my MIL’s house. Thanks for sharing such delicious photos.

    You just made so hungry. The nutritional benefits of these blueberries is huge. I have my kids eat them a lot. I was hoping to not bake this week, but you made me sooo hungry. Darn it. Now I must go make one of these recipes.

    What a great collection of recipes! My grandparents used to have blueberry bushes so every summer blueberries are one of the things I most look forward too.
