Every year for the past 5 years, my family has taken a trip to Story Land, in the White Mountains of our beautiful state of New Hampshire. It’s a day we look forward to each year for family fun.
I’ve blogged about our annual visits to Story Land for the past three years. Click on the links below to see lots of photos!
Story Land 2011 – Luke was just a baby
Story Land 2010 – Joshua had just turned one
Story Land 2009- Joshua was barely 2 months old
From the Polar Coaster to Cinderella’s Castle to Antique Cars, there are rides and attractions to keep you entertained for the entire day. There’s also the fun Dr Geyser’s Raft Ride, where “you WILL get wet, possibly soaked!” My husband, Nate, has fond memories of riding Dr Geyser’s Raft when he was a kid! Our favorite ride is the Bamboo Chutes - click on the link to see pictures of our 2009 ride.
If you live in the New England area or are planning a trip up here, I highly recommend that you plan for a day at Story Land. You won’t be disappointed. Story Land – where fantasy lives! Story Land is a safe, natural setting where children and their imaginations can run free. They provide a great value to their guests every day, with all-inclusive rides, shows & attractions, reasonably-priced admission ticket, free parking, and free pet kennels. Featuring birthday parties and character dinners, Story Land is a celebration for the young at heart. This world of fantasy is punctuated by the kaleidoscope of flowers and emerald fields of New Hampshire’s beautiful White Mountains. Timeless characters like Humpty Dumpty, the Old Woman in the Shoe, the Three Little Pigs, and Peter Rabbit came to life here in 1954.
Now you can save $3 off each full-priced admission for up to 7 guests – that’s up to a $21 savings! Click on the link here for the Story Land coupon.
We’ll be taking the kids to Story Land this summer as we always do and I’ll be posting all about it. I can’t wait to go – I think I look forward to it as much as the kids!
Will you take your family to Story Land this year?
Disclosure: I will receive free tickets to Story Land for sharing this information. That hasn’t influence my opinion in any way. Thanks to the sponsor for this opportunity!

Omigosh! I think I might have gone here when I was 9…back in 1969! Was looking through old photo albumsjust last week and I saw pictures of a place I thought was called Story Land. I was wondering if it was still around. How cool that it is!

My brother and SIL live in New Hampshire, I have always wanted to surprise them and take a trip out to visit. This looks like the perfect place to go with them and take all our kids, looks like such a blast! While my son may be to young for some of the fun rides but he would love seeing everything and walking around. Thanks so much for the information!

I definitely recommend it! It’s such a great family place. Our kids, as young as 6 months, have been able to enjoy simple things like the ball section. There’s a lot to do for all ages!

This sounds like a great place to take the whole family. I know my grandchildren would love it. I just wish we lived closer so we could go there too.

That looks like so much fun! I wish we had a place like that here in California. We have Six Flags Great America and Six Flags United Kingdom, which used to be Marine World. I liked it better when it was just animals. That place looks so cool. Thanks for sharing your pics!
